This is the error I'm getting. Annoyingly people on the official forum have had the same problem and 'solved' it, but the irritating fucks don't post how and move on afterwards. Goddammit.

I don't know if someone told you before, but you should uninstall Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable. Then go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Redists and install both vcredist_x89.exe and DirectX from there. Hope it helps bro

I got a question about Lonesome Road. Does Ulysses always tries to launch the nuclear missile at the NCR? Or does he try to blow up the faction you are most famous in?. Because I only completed LR with an NCR character, and I wanted to see if he would kill his legionaries BFFs just to cause me harm :v:

Guys, anyone else having a problem with Ada Bada Honeymoon? I'm suppossed to deliver drugs to Motorruner, but I can't pass the speech check at the beggining of Vault 3. Putting Khan armor does nothing

After much grinding I managed to get around 30000 caps, so I can buy pretty much any weapon I'd like from GRA. I picked the Bozar, and it did poo poo damage

But I saved right before buying it, so now I can pick something else. What should it be?

*Riot Shotgun for close encounters
*Automatic Rifle for "spray" situations
*Oh, Baby and Pushy if I run out of ammo/want to knockdown people easily
*Medicine Stick for long range shooting
*Esther, when I want blow poo poo up

Best build, or bestest build? :smug:

Goons, I'm scared. I'm scared for the future of Fallout. Fallout is one of my favorite franchises ever... is there a remote possibility it could be destroyed by Bethesda? I mean, Obsidian made this fine piece of game... and I don't want the devil in disguise to destroy the wasteland and create a second Moira Brown or some inane poo poo like that :ohdear:

Guys, after a LONG break from New Vegas, I decided to play it again. But I'm having problems with some mods: for example, the Ling hair mod thingy doesn't work, even when I've activated it from FOMM.

Also, in FOMM, I can't seem to remove Archive Invalidation. The little check mark just stays there. Help?
