Yeah, it seems more like New Vegas should be the Carthage to the Legion's Rome (in Denver? That's the only other town I remember being talked about), or at least some province that the two battle over if Carthage is more the NCR's equivalent.

But drat those Nightstalkers, they can be bastards when a pack of them are after you. Once you have FIDO they become a lot easier to deal with I personally loved having the Animal Friend perk, as it meant that I could walk up and find lobotomite corpses all around thanks to my nightstalker pals.

I don't see how that differs from FO3, especially since most of them give me the benefit of not having to fight (re)spawned super mutants every time I go by.

Can I just drop poo poo on the ground wherever, does it need to be in containers, is it like Skyrim where some containers reset and others don't, or. . . It's similar to skyrim; I know there are more non-resettable containers than this but this list should give you some basic ideas of where to store stuff.

I haven't made any changes to my machine or anything, I finished Honest Hearts just last night and was looking forward to finally playing through Old World Blues and Lonesome Road. Anyone know what's causing this? If your save file gets above a certain size it starts acting really glitchy; I think mine started doing that at like 35 hours (but I tried exploring like everywhere and doing all of the DLCs).

He's probably going to lead the New Vegas area into something akin to the Gilded Age with himself sitting at the top as the de facto ruler of everything people need to live. He wants to accumulate a lot of power, and the Followers tend to be incredibly wary of people who are setting themselves up as autocrats. I'm now picturing Bioshock but set in the Mojave and it seems pretty chill.

There's a location called the Sunset Sasparilla Headquarters, located somewhere near Camp McCarran (sorta on the highway west of it). It'll answer all of your questions when you get to it. e: if you do some quests for the Crimson Caravan Company they'll eventually tell you to go over there. (but not for the star caps)
