This is pages 12-26 (up to Jammer Jones), if someone is willing to scour the front of the thread to compile it as well. A firefox extension such as Multi Links makes selecting everyone a snap. If this could be added to the top of the thread (maybe the second post or so??) it would be easy to help everyone daily.
