I have 20 Faith and 2 Sunbro Medals and as far as I know from the Wiki's the pre-req is only 25 faith, -5 for each Sunbro Medal you have. I guess Solarie doesn't want to be buds with me. Its not per sunlight medal that you have - it's -5 for every time you get a get summoned to another world and help that person kill an area boss.
