Space Marine Coyote!
Figured I'd throw my latest batch into the thread:


Left to Right:
  • Something close to Ktb's coffee-vanilla rum infusion. I used espresso beans from a great local roaster, one and a half vanilla pods, and Captain Morgan Deluxe Dark Rum.
  • An espresso vodka using the same beans with Stolichnaya vodka. I've made this one before and it turned out great.
  • Blackberry vodka using fresh blackberries and Stolichnaya.
  • Watermelon gin (with appropriately coloured bottle) using Tanqueray.
  • Jack Daniels and 4 jalapeņo peppers. This could be deadly.
They were all bottled today, I'll post results as the steeping proceeds.

Edit: After resupplying on tea, I've also got a cherry rose sencha vodka bottled:
