Finally moved into an apartment with a real oven and decided to make pizza for the first time in like two years: Chorizo, mushroom and capsicum using the Peter Reinhardt neo-neopolitan dough recipe. My pizza stone cracked down the middle while it was preheating  but it still kind of worked: Time to get a baking steel!
