 The silly black kitten with the unusually fluffy tail grew up to be the biggest animal in the house within two years. Surprise Maine Coon, I suppose. e: She's on the right in this one, too. The adult cat on the left is about 50% bigger than the adult cat in the first photo.

 Thanks guys. It really went as well as it could have for her, she used the last strength she had in her arms while in that sunbeam to hold my hand and knead my fingers. She liked to bite my wife. It was her #1 hobby. Her #2 hobby was tapping a tiny piano any day she was particularly happy (much less as started getting real sick).  \/\/\/ She never once attacked me  One time she did swipe me a couple years ago, because she thought it was somebody else hassling her; she then turned and saw it was me and looked pretty shocked that she hurt me.
