Now that the PBA animal patterns are back for public use I thought about doing a one ball doubles league on the Cheetah this summer. We'd punch up a Storm Natural Pearl for everyone and that's the only ball they could use. Sounds fun to me but I don't know if I'll get any interest.

As a GM of a bowing center, I'd love to run something like this; but that would fall flat on its face at my center. Plus it would piss my mechanic off. Which is one reason why I'd love to run it

Always exciting to go 257-245 and be staring at 101 in the 7th frame of game 3.

Shot my first 300 tonight :woop:. Went 223-249-300 for a 772, an all time high series.

Get this though, I was absolutely on fire through the 1st 9, all perfect shots. In the 10th though I trip 8 counts on slow rolling messengers twice. I was actually visibly shaking. On the 1st ball I tripped the 6-10, and on the last ball I tripped the 3-6. I thought it was 298 for sure. Certainly makes up for the solid 10 I left on a 299 last year.

Awesome! :woop:

Found out two days ago my home center that I've bowled at for 22 years lost their lease and is closing next month.

Showed up at league tonight and shot 300 in game one. It's my 5th 300 (4th sanctioned) but I hadn't shot 300 in about 3 1/2 years.

The funny part? Shot 139 with 5 splits in game 2 and my 225 in game 3 only got me to 664. Still haven't shot a 700 series yet this year!

Good job on the 300. That'll make up for whatever else happened out there. Sorry about your center man, that blows.

Yeah, it's tough. I worked there for 8 years in addition to bowling there since I was 7 years old. Just a bad situation.

Also, 45 points per night is the best way to do scoring.

45 points a night? Tell me more about this scoring system. I'm intrigued.

Nice job. :)

My team won our second consecutive league championship last night. :c00lbert: I shot 242-246-246 for a 734 series, which I was quite pleased with. :) If that's the last series I ever bowl in my childhood center (which closes in two weeks), then I'm okay with that set.
