At least we can hope that whatever company was responsible for getting it out in the EU won't be allowed anywhere near it this time so that it can actually come out in a reasonable time frame. Seeing as nearly every Atlus game has had a significantly delayed EU release no matter the publisher, it's pretty safe to point fingers at Atlus themselves I think.
