This has probably been asked to death in this thread, so apologies in advance if so. I've got a first date next weekend on the South Bank, so can any goons recommend a good place to take a potential ladyfriend? You know the drill, good food and wine, not too loud, nice surroundings, intimate atmosphere etc. We're meeting at Waterloo station, so within walking distance would be pretty good too!
