Went to Flat Iron Friday evening. It was superb, the service was the best I've seen in a restaurant, and even though they don't take reservations and it took us about an hour to get a table it didn't feel like it was time wasted. Also, the popcorn is probably the best popcorn I've ever had. The fries were excellent, and the steak was so good I had two.
