The John Ennis picture is his screen shot when he played an actor vying for a Cyrus Dewey award. I don't know why this popped into my head two weeks later or why I remembered people asking about it in this thread.

John Ennis is is like the one person from that show that didn’t get where they deserved to be (or in Jill’s case didn’t marry someone equally talented that hit the lottery). I say ‘get where they deserved to be’ because WTF Jay?

And I could even guess that it was supposed to be Ennis, but couldn't place it. The drawing is done from a slightly different angle than the show though, so that's my excuse. (Come to think of it, I think Posehn's little Goin' Crackers character in the lead up to the Bob Lamonta story makes me laugh so much more that I forget about Ennis.) Edit: If my wife doesn't get me this for my birthday we will have words. https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/2920525-peanut-butter-and-eggs-and-dice-and-a-sponge If anyone is interested, Stanhope if going to be on some sort of free Zoom show on the 17th. https://www.eventbrite.com/x/146848683365/ Tony Phillips fucked around with this message at 17:54 on Mar 31, 2021 |

There’s a documentary on FX right now about female comedians called Hysterical and it’s great - it replays at 11pm

Just ran across yet another comedy podcast, but this one is particularly worth your time. Dudes interviewing comics and asking various questions to determine if they're classy or garbage people. Our boy Kyle representing Midwest trashfolk hardcore here: https://youtu.be/Y3xHwaUjglk
