I don't have a DVD drive on my computer and besides I really hate physical media for how cumbersome it is (compared to digital media). I only bought the DVD to support the show and stashed it until now. Then I recently realized I have a PS4 I can use so.

Same. I've studied mostly kanji and reading comprehension so reading hiragana only is actually more difficult. I tried to play Mother 2 as reading comprehension practice but since it uses 0 kanji I feel it is impossible.

 It arrived! A really nice little book.  I flipped through it and noticed I could read it pretty well.The trick to EMS delivery is to order a bunch of cheap, lightweight stuff. I got my book with some comics resulting in ~18 euros in shipping. That's probably easily one of my favourite episodes ever. Each arcade segment was gold with something memorable happening. Did the episode cut short? The last frame is a freeze frame of Kibe hogging on some noodles with the epilogue narration ending abruptly mid-sentence.
