Father Mychal Judge

Judge was the chaplain of the New York City Fire Department, and was offering aid and prayers for the injured and dead in the North Tower. He was killed by flying debris from the South Tower. There's a really good documentary called The Saint of 9/11 that goes into his life and just what a wonderful person he was - like how in the 1980s, he would visit AIDS patients, and tend to them when doctors wouldn't even enter their rooms out of fear. Just a caring, standout sort of man. From his wikipedia page: "For example, he once gave the winter coat off his back to a homeless woman in the street, later saying, "She needed it more than me." When he anointed a man who was dying of AIDS, the man asked him, "Do you think God hates me?" Judge just picked him up, kissed him, and silently rocked him in his arms."

He died helping people, and it's obvious he touched many lives.
