I just watched Sarah's Key, a holocaust drama(arguably with a slight touch of mystery solving) that switches between past events during 1942, and modern times as a journalist and her husband move into an apartment his parents passed on tries to find out whatever happened to Sarah Starzynski. It's hard to find any movie remotely related to the holocaust that isn't emotional and heartbreaking, but this movie surpasses most. It's currently on Netflix for anyone who wants to watch it.
