Go to http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/wb/thehobbit/. Under "View trailers" click the little white down-arrow immediately to the right of the "Watch now" button. Right-click one of the download links and choose "Save link as" (or whatever's your browser's equivalent). Enjoy.
