Yeah...part of why I love Chrome is because it limits how much extensions can do to your computer (unlike Firefox).

In my experience, both PCs have to be on and running Chrome with tabs to sync in the first place. It will display each PC by it's windows computer name. You can't sync tabs just between the two computers. (yet?)
