Moeru posted:I like using Chrome for drat near everything. Is there a way to know which process is which tab? I've got a tab I use daily at work that I need open at all times and if my tab browsing SA crashes, I'd like to know which one to kill You can enable the PID column in task manager, and then match them to the list of PID's in Chrome's about :memory page.

appropriatemetaphor posted:I asked this before but no one answered, is there some reason that Chrome logs me out of literally *everything* upon exit? I switched from Safari because video in safari was running like rear end for some reason. But it's a pain to have to log in to every site anytime I close the browser. The only think I can think to suggest is to use a password manager like Lastpass to automatically log you in as soon as you visit a site. It's not a solution, but it should help ease the frustration in the meantime.

Drevoak posted:So I switched to the dev version a year or two ago to get some neat features early. I've run into some issues and I'd like to try to switch back to the stable. What major features will I lose out on? I don't think there's anything significant. http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.ie/

Wow, it pays to be a security researcher. Some guy netted $15,000 for finding two cross site scripting vulnerabilities patched in the latest stable version. I wonder what amount of time he invested to discover them.
