Does anyone have any feelings for The Depot vs the Ogden Theater?
I've been to the Ogden maybe a dozen times when I lived near Denver. To me, it seems like a "typical" concert venue (unremarkable acoustics, minimum upkeep, etc).

However, if you like vegan/vegetarian food, Watercourse Foods is only a couple of blocks away from it and that would be a big enough draw for me.

also The new pixies songs have prompted me to listen to their old stuff.
I've tried my best with the new Pixies. I don't think they're as bad as others seem to think, but it's hard for me to place them alongside their earlier albums.

I find myself coming back and back and back again to the three albums (Bluefinger, Svn Fngrs, Nonstoperotik) Charles released as Black Francis around the time of the reformation. That music sounds like what the post-reformation Pixies music should have been.

Uh, yeah, that's an intense review for something they only gave a 7.5
Is it still true at Pitchfork that one person gives the numerical score and someone else writes the review?

Love low-key marketing. Had no idea they had something new in the works.
