I've only heard Plague, Wrath of God, Violent Youth, and Affection but they're all wicked. I can't wait to hear the full album now. Violent Youth is so catchy. Can anyone tell me how they are live possibly? I'm curious.

I've been to a couple Crystal Castles shows - once back in 2010, once just last month. Personally, I absolutely loved them live; Alice has a ton of energy and gets the crowd insanely pumped. If you like sweaty mob dancing, you'll love Crystal Castles live.

As for the new album, the first half is really strong - some of the best stuff they have done in my opinion. "Sad Eyes" especially blew me away. The second half of the album is kind of lackluster, though I've only listened through it once so far.

The Strokes full album stream

Instead of ripping off Velvet Underground, their ripping off Siouxsie and the Banshees now. Not to say that's a bad thing. Definitely more solid than Angles and maybe even a bit better than First Impressions of Earth.

Edit: Eh, changed my mind as I listened through the whole thing again. It's not very good and kind of incohesive.

I'm surprised this hasn't been posted yet. New Pixies!

Pixies - "Bagboy" Stream

I like it, definitely better than anything they've put out in the last 20 years (which, granted, has only really been 2 new songs). Although Kim Deal apparently isn't on the track, it sure sounds like her.

Wow...the new album is going to be epic. "We Exist" gave me that Funeral-like vibe and "Normal Person" just loving rocks. "Here Comes the Night" is catchy as hell too, can't wait to here the full album version.
