I'm currently really keen on these dudes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zn7zskRSfTw&feature=relmfu Zeks are a perth band who have raised a few eyebrows on account of being fairly challenging and weird band with full-on LFesque politics (Bear & ray are both refugee rights activists) and some fairly amazing almost mathy rhythms. They do have an album on the way, hopefully it wont be as muddily recorded as their original demo.
