I haven't gotten the game yet, but I was wondering how exactly has the upgrading changed in 6? I know that you no longer upgrade weapons with money, you get skill points I think?

Raid mode is cool, or at least Raid mode as Gina is cool because I can hip hop dance all over these zombies and kill them.

Does anyone else not like the weird octopus-like sub-boss that appears in Barry chapters and The Struggle? That might be my least favorite enemy to fight in Rev2, with it's weird lobster claw hand shield and the instant kill and how it looks really lame when it is almost dead with no tentacles left.

When you find a collectible in an episode, can you quit the episode there and still have it saved or do you have to complete that whole part in order to keep it?

I got to Wesker mode in RE0. It's pretty silly and kinda fun to run around as him, but I was wondering about something. This move Wesker has where he can like, shooting lightning from his eyes.. could he do that before? As in, was that something he shows off in another game or is something just added for RE0?

I still have a hard time believing this game and anything that happens in it will matter in the future, but still.

Any good videos online for Claire B Hardcore S+? I've seen some of Carcinogen's video, but since it is No Save No Damage I feel like there's probably videos for more lenient playstyles.

Yeah I usually do knife - get grabbed - second knife - get grabbed - finish him off with bullets and I'm on PS4. The only problem is when I don't do enough damage and G1 starts to attack instead of going into a grab.

Does anyone else remember there being a licker in the hallway to the cafeteria in the labs? I could swear one showed up there after you go back and use the modulator to get the item pouch in the back room. I saw it on my first run in Leon A, but I've never seen it again.

I liked all the boss fights! I can see them getting more annoying on harder difficulties, but they pretty much felt right on Hardcore. I was a little annoyed by the third fight, but a lot of that was due to me not realizing I had to shoot the lights on the canister Nemesis is on to stun him. The zombies coming in were also annoying, but they had basically no health so they weren't THAT bad

What should I be aiming to buy first at the shop? Does using these items prevent you from getting any achievements? I assume using them stops you from getting S Ranks, right?

I think you can safely save 6 until after you play all the better REs. And I would say 0 is a better RE compared to 6 too

Man Hardcore is rough... I’m stuck in this two story house with one enemy inside and a bunch outside and I don’t know if I’m supposed to fight them all off or I’m missing some obvious escape route...

One neat detail I like about Heisenberg is even after he transforms and knocks Ethan off the platform, he tells him "don't come back". He still doesn't try to kill Ethan... he seems pretty genuine in not really wanting to fight Ethan, and is perfectly OK with him escaping if he just stays out of it.

I have a question about how the infinite ammo unlocks work in RE8. Let's say I load a save, sell all my stuff, then buy all the upgrades/attachments for a weapon (or all the upgrades that I'm missing). At that point, the infinite ammo unlock for that gun should be open to purchase right? And if I purchase it, then reload a save before I sold all my stuff, will I still have infinite ammo for that gun?

Any tips on how to get through the Chris section more quickly? I'm only about 1:30 off the speed run achievement, so I think I can do it if I just knock a little more time off.

Factory rules on replays. The only drags are Beneviento and Chris’ section. I’ve already replayed 8 more than 7, it’s just so fun to run through.
