Not sure how many people remember Empirion, but they posted some tracks from their never released second album on SoundCloud a while back. I really like this track: http://soundcloud.com/empirion/what-you-are-empirion I feel like the mid 90s was the high point for techno like this. Seems like very few artists are producing stuff like this these days.
