It's because it's dumb and stupid. I think some goon just bought the 41 mag version of that, which is instead good and rad. N frame 357s need to have 8 chambers or have a name that starts with registered to get me going

I think you're talking about me. It came in last Friday. It owns. S serialed, diamond PC magna 58 rocks. Sorry about the cell phone pic, I need to break out the good camera but been working to many drat hours lately.

Then I turn around an buy a 4" Model 57 (S serialed of course) with a blue velour presentation box. Should be here within the week. It's at the FFL and shipping out tomorrow.

mmhmm

A round butt 2" k-frame. I'm curious how it would carry/shoot compared to a j-frame.

I have one. I've carried it IWB. It's cool, but... I think I'd prefer a J-frame just for the sake of comfort. And I prefer my Steyr S9 over both.

Shoots great though.

There's something about that wear pattern that really gets me going, on top of being a fine Walther.

He's but an e-mail and drop shipment away. I'd donate a couple boxes next month if I wasn't a greedy bastard who wants some for myself. :/

E: I just learned that Lone Wolf still makes barrels in 40 Super. Kinda want a Glock 21 with the 6" Super barrel and a pile of 10 round mags because 40 Super won't work in the double-stack 13s.

Probably won't be, I'd much rather have an entire Giles gun.

Jesus. It's like nobody shot that thing after it got worked on. Looking at the dates it probably wasn't fired before the work either. I'll keep my eye on that one, I was hoping to find more of a shooter but we'll see where this one ends up.

Pretty sure that's a hell of a shooter. Did you see those targets?

I know what you mean though. I want a Giles in .45acp myself. I find the .38spl wadcutter just such an odd thing.

I just hate being the first person to put a scratch on a pristine gun. I'd rather buy one with some wear on it already and save some money in the process.

The .38 Wadcutter doesn't turn me off that much, (though I too would prefer a .45... and the .22, basically the whole kit) it just means I'll have to get a 52 to justify the ammo
