Yeah, that's a bit of a markup over a normal Marlin 1894. I swiped the pic from his auction. I was looking for .41 revolvers and noticed a "lever action rifle" listing on the sidebar. I'm gonna keep an eye out though, now that I know they exist. It'll make the most badass cowboy playset ever.

A gunsmith attaches it.

Those sights would work on any revolver, but you would also end up re-barreling your model 14 to achieve the full PPC effect. There would be a lot more expense involved then just doing it to a Dan Wesson.

The thing about the Dan Wesson is that with the swappable barrel and EWK making absurdly cheap (but still great) heavy barrel assemblies, the custom part cost goes way down and the labor involved in attaching that top sight rib is minimal. Basically you just have to remove the rear and front sights (non-permanent) and drill some holes in the barrel shroud to attach the top sight rib permanently to the shroud. After that you still have yourself a regular Dan Wesson, just with one barrel that makes it into a full PPC gun.

How often does EWK re-stock the heavy barrels, because I need a 6" .357 barrel now to go with my 2.5" barrel I got off them a month or two ago. Dammit, I need all the barrels <> I wish they'd do a run of stainless .41 mag barrels, but there's just no chance.

Everyone with a Dan Wesson should go buy EWK barrels, because they're loving badass. Just look at this poo poo, and this is the little bitty snub barrel.

I'll hafta drop them an email and see when they get the 6" back in stock. The most recent DW I picked up has the 8" factory heavy barrel, so I may or may not eventually grab a EWK 8", since it's got to weigh a pound and a half
