I took some Norwegian in school and it's not that (so it's probably not Danish either). Maybe Icelandic? What's probably the case, that it's just a hodgepodge and not supposed to be any one nordic language. And it is really funny what he did to Finnish there.  Finnish and Hungarian, jeez you guys are like aliens!
