Toast Museum: Dec 3, 2005; 30% Iron Chef

I'm considering getting one of these to use as a basic HTPC. Nothing special, I know, but I want to make sure it'll work the way I want. With a USB hub I want to to connect a wireless mouse and keyboard (separate adapters), a wireless card, and an external hard drive. Can I expect smooth H.264 1080p playback from the HDD with this setup, or will USB bandwidth/overhead be a problem? Any issues I might be overlooking?

Also, any suggestions for a VESA mount case?

If your display is a TV with it's own remote, the CEC feature should let you use your TV remote with XBMC. The button press data is forwarded to the pi through the hdmi cable.

How widespread is CEC support? I've got a cheap Dynex from three or four years ago, so it wouldn't surprise me much if I were out of luck.
