This is from an old computer generated film, but I think it was based on a real typeface that exists... It's been bugging me so much trying to find it, or a similar one. Looks a bit like drafting fonts I've seen.

Have you tried using a font searching service? I tried and found these. They're not it, but finding similar fonts or characters and searching for those (or maybe cleaning up the source image better) may find you closer results.
