I can't really do customer service lines. Say I need to get my poo poo adjusted on Time Warner or some other such service. Wrangling with robots and tier 1 service burns up a ton of time, nevermind what you spend on hold. Fortunately this is a relatively rare thing.
Why wouldn't you transfer your number over. But I know what you are talking about, some T-mobile former customers have issues.

Sorry should have mentioned im on T-Mobile. When I went to a T-Mobile store they said that they didn't carry prepaid SIM cards in stock and I would have to order online.
