For awhile I thought the dog was actually the back of some kid's head while he was sitting and listening to the Obamas. At least this President got to finish his story to the children  EDIT: I know that a lot of rightwing folk like to make fun of the way the first lady looks, because why not when you're already a terrible person I suppose, but if that there isn't a 48 year old lady completely rocking it, I dont' know what is
