There is a reason why they reached their funding goal in such a short time: LWA is loving awesome. Go watch it on Youtube.

Metal Ray Sunshine posted:So a little while ago, a character artist for Adventure Time named Natasha Allegri made her own short called Bee and Puppycat. A lot of people liked it, so they have now made a kickstarter to make Bee and Puppycat a full series. It's pretty awesome, and I think it could work well as a series. A bit more than 90 minutes later, they are already 10% funded. It's an awesome cartoon after all.

Gaspy Conana posted:I finished the first one, but that was before I was working on this game. I usually just start feeling bad that I'm not putting all that work towards the actual game and abandon them. You got mentioned on RPS. TetsuoTW posted:That game looks super confusing. Not really. David Sirlin has pretty good insight in what makes games engaging on many different skill levels. He is all about easy to play and hard to master. And of course asymmetric gameplay, which makes everything more interesting even though you have to do more work to make it balanced. He also did some interesting stuff with the chess ruleset: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-11-03-chess-2-the-sequel-how-a-street-fightin-man-fixed-the-worlds-most-famous-game
