Here is PC gamers full review on the Titan X.
Long story short seems to be that it uses half as much power as the R9 295x2. At stock clocks it runs around 10-15 percent slower on average frame rates, but in some situations it almost doubles the 295x2's minimum frame rate. When overclocked, the Titan x is only a couple of frames slower on average than the 295x2. And last but not least, you don't have to put up with any crossfire/sli related problems.

It looks like a good card. I can't wait to see how it stacks up against the 390x
