I have a Radeon card with Catalyst 12.8 installed and am upgrading to a newer Radeon this weekend. Will I need to do anything other than just swap the cards in and out of the case?

I was just looking through here for the same answer but for Nvidia. I'm swapping from a GTX460 to a 660ti
