It's some kind of pokemon on the right I think, but I have no idea what that has to do with money or hypnotism.The  smiley comes from when SA cartoonist Shmorky found out that "artist" Todd Goldman had stolen a drawing of his and was selling it, the cat in the emote is the drawing. For it, and the game I spent most of the time playing (The Making of a Prophet), I used a face mod to put in a look of extreme contempt from the X-Men character Apocalypse, because it ended up looking really funny and I was inspired by another Let's Play of one of MDickie's other games. Hard Time is about being a prisoner, and the resolution of committing crimes is screwy at best. It culminated in me getting away with blowing off a warden's arm with a machine gun, and the judge telling the warden to deal with it. The thread, understandably, flipped their poo poo, and I was made an avatar of my ridiculous-looking character:  "Just try to deal with it next time..." Eventually the thread wanted a emoticon and, after a few revisions, they bought one for me, and it sort of exploded in popularity over time until people were using it who'd never seen my thread or knew who the goofy little face was.Also, this is a bit of a stretch, but I sort of think I inadvertently helped create the whole Deal With It meme, because this was shortly before it really took off, and the first real major version was an edit of another SA emoticon,  .

Kadabra looks pretty different.  is from a short lived anime called Oh! Super Milk Chan. This is her english catchphase. as I can remember was from an old thread where someone typed or did an MS paint with the word "wom" in it and it exploded into some clusterfuck of something. is the biggest waste of $30 dollars someone has ever spent.

I always thought that  referred to this picture of Riker. I hope someone has a link to the thread either way, though, I really wish I could remember which one it was.
