It was a thread a few years back where the OP posted a recipe for making some kind of pheromone rich cologne to drive girls crazy. It involved mixing up a bunch of your own urine and semen then cooking it all up on the stove. Most people took it as the joke it was and ran with it, kinda like the margarita maker thread, but there were a few who seemed to think it was for real. Or at least acted like they did, anyway. I'd like to think they were just loving around like everyone else but it wouldn't really surprise me if a few goons actually slathered themselves with that disgusting concoction and went out trying to pick up women. What's the origin of the newish jerky smilie?  The hair is a rather specific kind of detail that makes me think it's supposed to reference something, but I don't know what. (Also, he's probably going to get kidney damage from all that salty meat he's eating.)

Razorback is some stupid school logo that someone wasted a hundred bucks on Googled it, it's the Arkansas Razorbacks Bloodborne is a game by the same people as Dark Souls, and in both games enemies like to pop out and maul your face if you're not playing carefully. Also a reference to the  smiley
