Does Genocide Jack/Jill show up at all during school mode or is that the only I will have to replay chapters to get?

ApplesandOranges posted:Somewhat related to the above question: I just went ahead and finished Toko's free times in school mode (from what I saw playing through just doing free times, Genocider doesn't show up) So I just went and did the Chapter 3 free times. Gencider only has three so if you have three good presents, you can knock it out in one re-go through chapter 3.

Well, I just finished an ending in School Mode where I finished Warlockuma. I got to say I was not expecting Usami to show up. Though I did wonder why her name showed up in the credits when I finished the main game

I just when I got my copy. Though I am going in half blind as I only know up to what the LP got to. I have only got spoiled on possibly two things this entire time. The reason behind Togami be in this on and the chapter 3 murder (maybe, they were just sentences I saw a long while back)

Yeah that is what I have been using too using chrome's translation. I have only finished Chapter 1 so far (Blame getting Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy at the same time for delaying starting this) but I really don't like the "Improved" Hangman's Gambit (Why do I have to spell out all of Under The Floor on Kind) or the PTA battles in this as much as I like the original HG and Machine Gun Battles in the first

Okay, I need some help. I am on the PTA in Chapter 3 and I swear I have tried everything and nothing seems to be the right combination List I have tried: Bonus Prize Theater Bonus Theater Prize Prize Theater Bonus Prize Bonus Theater Theater Bonus Prize Theater Prize Bonus selection is Prize, Bonus, Thea, ter Can someone tell what it is please? I have been playing Chap 3 since 8 this morning and I have to go to work for a while and don't have time to try anything else right now.

Krinkle posted:Well if you look at what you've said, you have literally tried everything so you should just give up because it's not possible! Or you made a mistake and never actually tried theater bonus pize/ prize bonus. I mean I don't know which it was but you can't have tried all six combinations. The only things left are splitting that word in half and that can't be the answer. It was Theater Bonus Prize. I did try all 6 combination and actually wrote them down as I tried them (it was actually second on my written list). What I think might have happen was I was just a second too slow on it and it must have counted as a miss even though the shot animation started. If this was the original Machine gun battle I have a truth bullet that covers it Monokuma's Account: A Monomi bag that was sold at the movie theater. It's a limited item because only one person can buy it. Apparently, you get another bag for free when you purchase it.

So I have now finished DR2. Some thoughts starting from the chapter the LP left off on mostly: gently caress "Improved" Hangman's Gambit and PTA battles. I feel the originals of those from 1 were better. I did like Logic Dive and would have loved to do that more, minus some of the jumping from track to track over pits. CH. 3: I was spoiled accidentally on Mikan being the killer as much as I didn't want it to be her. Though drat I never expect her to go that bat poo poo off the deep end after finding her out. I loved the voice work JYB had during the sleeping Mikan scenes. I can only imagine that Mikan was happy to kill Hiyoko considering how much Hiyoko kept insulting her. I felt the execution for Mikan was not thought out very well, and arm rocket with syringe starter? Not very impressive to me. CH. 4: I loved Mechamaru and I wish they kept him around longer just so we could keep finding new features that Monokuma put into him. Was it ever explained why there was a Statue of Sakura in Grape House? I can see the connection to the big muscled characters both being killed in Chapter 4 of both games but that is about it. Not much else to say, it was a pretty ok chapter. CH. 5: Ok this chapter I very harsh criticism for. Chiaki should not have been executed under previously established rules. Monokuma has said in both games that in the case of an accomplice, only the mastermind need to be found and executed. Chiaki may have thrown the grenade that killed him, but it was all still part of Nagito's plan that he set up. And before anyone says it Yes I know it is Monokuma and he will do what he wants but the next chapter even points out that he has to follow the rules set by world. I still call bullshit... and I really liked Chiaki End Game: Giant Junko out of nowhere... yep I done. I didn't think Junko could be any crazier then she was but they proved me wrong. Also Necrophilia, even for Japan that has to be loving sick and creep as hell. I found that collecting Monocoins was a lot easier this time around then it was in the last game mostly through the pets. I got the "Collect 999 Monocoins" trophy by the end of Chapter 5, I bought all the presents in the Monomono Yachine (Using the method of 1 coin at a time going down to the closest 100th until I got to around 95% repeat rate), by the end of chapter 5 I had also bought all available, events, movies and sounds and still had about 140 monocoins left I then raised two Monokumas and got back up to around 700 coins before I went to the ruins. It was also a lot easier to get both the white noise trophies in this one. It felt as if the difficulty of the trials was raised a bit in this as I remember there being a lot less white noise and bullet choice for kind mode in DR1 where as I could have something like 9 bullets in a trial in this one. Now I need to go back and play Island mode to get those endings and collect the rest of the hope shards, read IF, and finish the Monomi mini game.

(I think that is what was called in english), and a skill (Sorry I wasn't paying attention to what skill it was) EDIT: I also forgot to mention, did anyone else have trouble with Vertical white noise using the Vita's rear touchpad? Beef Waifu posted:gently caress Hangman's Gambit so much Seriously. I don't mind the "Not having anything uncovered" aspect of it, it was more of the going for the no damage trophy and having letters collide just slightly off screen when they spawned in that was really starting to get to me. I got to Under the Floo and then it happened to me again. After I got the trophy, I just said gently caress it and let them all collide in the rest of the trials.

13/f/cali posted:Finished getting the platinum trophy in DR2 today. There is a trophy for getting all the equipment in the minigame. There are 60 pieces of equipment divided evenly between the 3 types so it takes awhile. However, I found that you can speed up the process by just quitting out of a stage when you get something new since drops are based on luck and which stage/difficulty you are playing. That might be faster, I am working on that trophy before doing the rest of island mode and I can't get get the last ribbon to drop (The Autumnal Hope Ribbon on Stage 5 or Secret) EDIT: Of course it drops immediately after I post this. mateo360 fucked around with this message at 20:45 on Sep 12, 2014 |

That's wonderful. Thanks It's actually bug from playing with Japanese Audio. I remember this being brought up back when it was released. It should be in English if you use the English Dub.
