I wouldn't say I like her but I think she's a better written bully/rear end in a top hat character than, say, Hiyoko in DR2. This is mainly because the cast doesn't just roll over to her insults and actually snaps back at her. She doesn't get to throw around snide remarks with impunity.

It contradicts what we see in the prologue (where the characters describe being kidnapped and react with horror to the Monokubs) and it would be easy to brainwash everyone into making those videos. There's also a pretty clear reason for telling that lie - that's probably how Team Danganronpa pretends the Killing Game is an OK thing to do.

V3 Ch 2 Spoilers: I can confirm that the ending to this trial was hosed, that this trial in itself was so much godamn fun, and that Kokichi is the best.
