Captain Invictus posted:See how long you can last in this Skate 3 compilation video before laughing hard enough to need to pause the video. It was the slow-motion shopping cart launcher that did it for me. I have always found the Skate physics glitches incredibly hilarious, and this guy is REALLY GOOD at exploiting them for effect. I'm terrible, I never even made it past the park-bench-hip-thrust of the 3rd clip before chuckling. Even though I have no interest in these games, the glitch clips are always interesting to watch.

JiveHonky posted:So turns out this is the video for Superchunk's "Crossed Wires". Someone jacked it, threw Smack My Bitch Up over the top and it has gone viral. And here is a link to the Superchunk version, whoever made the prodigy version spliced out all the footage of the original band. Yet I still MUCH prefer the prodigy rehash.

Kevin Bacon posted:I agree. I watched it for maybe 30 seconds and I just had to turn it off. I don't really see why you would post something like that here I never watch poo poo like that, I have nothing to gain from it other than feeling helpless and bad for a while after it. I also don't understand why people post this kind of stuff, the animal cruelty videos etc. I don't think this is the place for it, if people enjoy that kind of stuff they can seek it out.

Madcosby posted:I got a laugh thinking someone films the street in front of their house and think a UPS truck driving by is a highlight worthy of the masses. And then throws a minor hissy fit when people don't respond positively to his mundane video. Fuzzkill, you should show us that exciting video of when a bird landed on your fencepost, that'll win these stubborn humourless GBS masses over.

Chicken Doodle posted:...that has got to be the dumbest loving place to do that ever. Holy poo poo. This was riveting from start to finish, I could listen to that guy for hours, thanks for posting. But the guy interviewing him...ugh, he has the most jarring, annoying voice i've ever heard, and completely ruins the mood so meticulously set by the pilot's excellent storytelling. We all remember the plane landing in the Hudson river. Here's the story from Captain Sullenberger himself, it's a good 10 minute watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixUbdeXCp0M
