I stumbled across this video of a Russian man calling out a couple police officers for not wearing seat belts and talking on the phone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qh5np_N1WQQ and it reminded me of a video from a few years ago I can't find now. It was a guy who looked sort of like Dude Lebowski filming some cops as he berated them for parking illegally. Definitely remember him saying something about how the cops were just greenhorn punks endangering lives. It came off like an episode of cops except vice versa. Anybody remember?
