I've made posts about it in this thread a few times (click the ? to the left), but in my experience the issue was with IPv6. Turning that off and reverting to IPv4 sent my speeds skyrocketing, because a tracert showed a few bad hops. You can do this in about::config in Firefox, but if you use IE or Chrome IPv6 it must be turned off at the network card level. Most people are probably using IPv4 already, but it doesn't hurt to check. Feel free to PM me with any questions.

The effects of the jammer still look exaggerated to me though. The gun review is super exaggerated, but I tested it out earlier in front of some co-workers and it was hilarious. It helped for me to read quickly, and crank the volume up. Trying to say the ABCs quickly or counting 1-20 or spelling your entire name had some odd effects too. I noticed words that had two f's, s's, l's, etc. can really throw you off. It was definitely a fun thing to play around with.
