Pretty sure it isn't, since I recall seeing it a few times in somewhat-recent years, although it is full of sugar, and kids who did what Mabel did and just ate the powder (most of them) could get a ridiculous sugar rush.)

If there was anything to complain about in this episode, it's that it was rehashing old material. Mabel helps Grunkle Stan something something, Dipper hates Robbie and loves Wendy, and everyone watching was a kid in the '80s. Yes, it was a mash-up of old NES fighting video games, but beyond the nostalgia, it was a story we've already seen. Gonna go out on a limb and guess that three seasons is a liiiitle more than this series actually needs, so there will probably be at least a few of these episodes that coast on pop culture jokes. Also, the "boys do this/girls do that" stuff doesn't seem so much like the brainwashing of our innocent children as the problem of trying to be snarky and cynical and adult in a "family" show. We're supposed to laugh not just at the kernel of truth behind the cliche, but also knowing that it's an anti-moral we're supposed to disagree with. That kind of cynical nudge-nudge-wink-wink feels out of place because other episodes stay sincere about their lessons.

Perhaps the Avatar air date curse that kept Korra in perpetual limbo wasn't lifted, but merely banished to Gravity Falls.
