Forget coloring in the plates, high light that sucker and leave it as is. The dark metal looks bad rear end.

Used a Succubus model on a skyboard, with extra Archon parts I had. Added in reaver and razorwing bits left over to make the extra fins and model the phantasm grenade launchers on the sides.
I think it looks good, the flame thingy in his hand works as his farseer ability. The only thing I'd change is to give him a head without a helmet.

That's a really good conversion, looks way better than the straight out of the box heldrake.

The tarnished bronze/coppper on the banner is done without metals, just layers of paint washed over it.

The Khorne hotrod cannon kinda reminds me of the late eighties 40k stuff, when they sort of just cast anything and everything sculptors came up with.

Honestly? I had scout parts and I had cadian parts left over. Everything must get used. And giving cadian bodies SM scout weapons and heads make them look more SWAT:ish.
