I could be completely making this up, but don't pagers also have more reliable reception than cell phones? Particularly in buildings, underground, etc. Joining the mp3 player early adopters club. I had a 128mb Samsung that I paid about $100 for, and I thought it was baller as gently caress. Then I upgraded to a 256mb player for about the same price a year later and I was all "poo poo yeah, this'll hold like 4 goddamn cds."
