I made a chickencheese. The photo I took is terrible. Coincidentally, the sandwich was also not very good, so I guess it's appropriate.

I actually did melt the cheese on the first run (this was my second) but I was lazy this time. I don't know what you're mistaking for a band-aid but no, it isn't one.

Hey guys, I'm a huge lardass and want to really tone the gently caress out of my body, here's my diet:

Breakfast: 1 fruit
Lunch: a bowl of low-fat soup
Dinner: an egg roll

And here's my workout (7 days a week):

30 sets of 10 curls (twice per day)

Now, I want to incorporate chickencheese into my diet but is it in fact even possible to fit it into a 7-day split? I'm mainly worried it will make me huge and bulky. I don't want that, I want a toned body.

Also for some reason I frequently double over in pain and end up lying on the floor for about six hours. Is this a cold?
