I dig it, now someone do to a Prius C. :v:

Too bad the TCS is so aggressive it'll still get stuck on a snowy driveway. Faintest whiff of wheel spin and the car shuts down.

You can defeat the TCS in the Prius, it just requires a bunch of button/pedal dancing:

These steps must be completed within 60 seconds.

Step 1: Set the ignition switch to ON, not READY. To do this press the power button two times, without pressing the brake pedal.

Step 2: While the transmission is still in park (P), fully press the gas pedal two times.

Step 3: Apply the parking brake to ensure that the vehicle will not move during this step. Put the transmission in neutral (N) and fully press the gas pedal two times.

Step 4: Put the transmission back in park (P) and fully press the gas pedal two times. The car will display “!Car!” in the upper left corner of the LCD screen.

Step 5: Press the brake pedal and turn the ignition switch to the start position, without going back to the ready position, to start the engine.

edit: fuckin awful snipe

I don't feel like clogging up Kakermix's thread, but I wonder how much this would cost to buy, ship to Texas, and register.

Twenty Thousand Dollars for a kei truck, dang. It's cool looking but lawdy. As was said though, it isn't legal. Also as was said, you can do up a kei truck like that yourself though it won't be brand new. Buy a kei truck for 4000 bucks and spend 16,000 dollars and make it cooler than that one! :v:

Apparently he is a video maker by profession. So think of it as one hell of an impressive audtion / advertising - much like Project Binky at it's core an insane advert for the skills of Bad Obsession Motorsport.

Nope he does pretty much everything on his own. You should all subscribe to him because the content he produces is drat good but YouTube being YouTube, some 18-year old shouting into the camera about the new luxury car he just bought with his, I mean his parents, hard earned money will get more views.

A lot of cameras have a stop motion mode, so for the shots he's not in, he'd just need to set the frame interval and set up a beeper to remind him to move every 30 seconds or whatever.

Ye it is! Not only did he do a whole bunch of work to bring back a Range Rover from cancer, he did those amazing stop motion films while doing it, with a bit of humor as well.
The best part is that this was just practice - so he could do a better job on a Lotus.

Thanks for pointing those out. I find them awesome.

Funny thing is the first one I watched I'm asking myself "my god, this guy doesn't have a bandsaw while he uses a hacksaw to saw through a cylinder head." Then later he does have a bandsaw. Sure loves his swiss army knife scissors. I just figure he is mocking everyone on his abilities.

edit: Should add, being humble and him just showing how a few simple machines such as a BBQ grill, dremel, welder, press, mill etc. can turn out the stuff.

He is proof that you can have all the CNC machines, all the computerised lathes, all the electronic measuring and data accquisition, all the computers and applications and think you are king poo poo - then some old guy with a sliderule, a hammer, a hacksaw, a couple of files and pencil is going to make you look like a right fool.

I just loooove how old school it all is. Using a BBQ to heat a cylinder head before working on it? Taking to the surface with a file? Doing everything by eye? Well that's how it used to be done and as people can see it it works spectacularly well. The extension he made to the I6 Kawaski's clutch housing cover was just a work of art and even if I knew exactly how he was going to do it I'm still cheering as each step just gets more old fashioned and the results.... oh they are just soooooo good.
