Some (all?) of the Ford Ecoboost engines have integrated exhausts too: I haven't heard anything awful about those yet and it allows for some incredible packaging and turbo performance.

Just add a "v" to the url so it's a .gifv, right click, go to Play Speed, and hit slow motion. It gives you half speed which is a little better.

Rent4Ring has a very good optional insurance package that limits your max liability to 2500 euros if you pick the Suzuki Swift. Considering you can rack up six figures in damages and track closure/cleanup fees the insurance is worth it.
