I wasn't able to get a picture because I was a lane over and it hid behind the car next to me, but I saw one of these tooling around Shrewsbury, NJ yesterday. The one I saw was rusty and red, but I was happy to see it still on the road.

The University that I work for has a number of golf carts and little mini Hummer things that go 25mph and can be driven on the roads. You have to be brave to take one out on a New Jersey road, though.
