Safe to assume SRT4s?
Not necessarily. The R/T with a CVT could conceivably get going that fast, if it didn't have a speed limiter.

Saw an Audi R8 in the wild a few months ago.

Wasn't a GT though, had a V8.

Such an amazing car.

Then a couple weeks later I saw something even more wonderful: a completely stock Honda CRX. The guys driving it were a little weirded out when I asked them if I could take a picture of their car. The bra even looks old as hell.

It would appear this car has an inline 8 with 16 exhaust ports. Is that correct? If so, :aaa:

To add to what EightBit said, there was a Ford 4 cylinder......I forget which, but it was in my old rear end mid 90s Ranger....and it was for emissions. It apparently made enough of a difference that they were able to squeeze some more years out of that underpowered shitbox of a motor (turning on the AC felt like a jake brake).
That was the 2.3L Lima engine, and not only did it improve emissions, but it increased power from 88 hp to 105! :eng101:

And only one of those has a rear-facing third seat. So if you want a seven seat wagon (I do), you have to spend $60k.

I unironically love this car, and get a giant poo poo-eating grin every time it gets posted. It's a picture perfect sleeper. Is it just juiced, or also turbo? I mean, the engine bay shot is blurry as gently caress, but is that a blowoff valve on the intake tube?

It's a vent window for the third seat. Cars without the third seat (it was optional) did not have it.

Couple of pages ago, but I both agree and disagree on the wheels. Yeah, they're dumb, but it sort of fits. From the outside, it's just another dumb durbed-out V6 Charger. But then it literally smokes you. I like it.

If it was the white one with the weird Mercedes-esque front end and double head lights, those guys are on the A-body board. They're having a grand old time, and have done a C5 Corvette front brake swap, since it became very obvious at the last race that the stockers were not up to the task. The front brakes nearly caught fire trying to haul down the bulk of the van over and over. Click for bigger:

Runs + Drives Great (Dead battery - Won't start without jumper cables)
Brakes work
Chopped a hole in the hood and removed the air filter, then put the intake line directly through the hood... Believe me, it gets air!

Cons:
Registration is out of date - If you want to drive on-road you have to pay the registration fees
May need a new alternator and battery, will jump start without issue...
Right front tire leaks air (slow leak)
No power steering...
I doubt it will pass smog

Other than that it runs like a beauty! ....might have an exhaust leak.

We painted it up a couple of years ago... and recently chopped the roof off of it
