I couldn't find cheap steelies for my BMW, so I got a set of alloys from the junkyard for my winter tires. I miss the steelies I had on my VW.

From what I gathered by sitting on my uncle's boat in Wisco, there you could drive a boat on a regular driver's license, but could take a class for a boating license if you were younger than 16 (which he made my cousins do). Small boats on a lake, and all that. From experience, you also needed to have a stocked cooler full of beer to operate.
