Seems to me you can vote on collections and, at the same time, the individual games inside them, so I don't know if they work as a straight thing where upvoting the collection upvotes every game in it.

Considering the teaser was released nearly two years ago I'd have liked to see something a bit more revealing I guess. The game still looks pretty but I'd kinda like to see it in action.

Saoshyant posted:That's a lot of NAY. Can you expand on why? Oh poo poo, my mistake on Dawnstar, misrecognized the name, thanks for calling me out there. Yea for it. I played theplay Wyv demo some time ago and just didn't find it particularly 'new' or interesting. For me at least, a puzzle platformer better be drat amazing to care about it what with just how many there are. For Siege, I just personally think the games should get support when they're actually in a state that could go on the Steam store, not something still in Alpha. It looks neat, but it'll look way neater in 6mo-1yr.

Why would they need to use greenlight? Did anyone play the original toki? I downvoted it a few days ago because while the spritework was great, the platforming didn't look particularly so. Can someone tell me I'm totally wrong?

It looks like the SeduceMe guys got real whiny about not being allowed on Steam:quote:"I understand it more on iOS, because Apple has this air of, 'we're here to protect you, everything just works and it's a nice, safe place to be'," she says. "That's Apple's whole ethos: I don't like it, but I understand it. I don't understand Valve's, because it's supposed to be part of the PC, Linux ethos. I'd always seen them as being on the side of the underdog, on the side of free speech."

Love+ is a good game. It's currently freeware, and you can download it here. Dunno how I feel above upvoting a freeware game, but the game is legitimately good, and y'all shoudl give it a try.

Rot Gut - Nay. Nice style, demo/flash copy is pretty boring and bland. Battle Fortress Tortoise (needs one more vote) - Yea, on account of giant loving turtles. Broforce! (see above) - Nay; the demo seemed competent, but again, I'd rather wait until it's a lot closer to completion. Toki Remake - I renegged on my previous vote and switched this to an upvote, so I'll go with Yea. TRIP - Oh hell YEA.

Dino Run SE - Nay. One-note game that, while a bit fun, wears out its welcome pretty quickly. Gray Matter - Yea. Crash Time 5 (probably terrible) - Nay but this better go in the gifttank collection Love+ - Yea, but I have some reservations about how he's doing business; this game used to be freeware, but he pulled his freeware copies (it seems) for the sake of Greenlight, and is saying that he won't work on the sequel UNLESS his game gets on Steam.DEAD TRIGGER - Yea Super Amazing Wagon Adventure - Yea, it's loving AWESOME (and nothing like oregon trail) Return to Roots - Nay. I prefer my megaman clones to look a little nicer
